Refund Policy
At College Pro, we offer software and services that require planning and setup. Because of this, we don't automatically give refunds. We only consider them in specific situations, which we'll explain here.
If we do approve a refund, it'll only cover what you paid for our services, not any money you spent on other things like taxes or fees from third parties.
2. Can You Get a Refund?
You might get a refund if:
- We didn't deliver the service like we said we would, and it was our fault.
- There's a tech problem that stops you from using the software, and our support team can't fix it.
- You ask for the refund pretty soon after you started using the service or paid for it.
You won't get a refund if:
- You just changed your mind after buying.
- There's a delay because you didn't give us all the info we needed.
- We've already set up or customized things for you.
- You got a discount, a special offer, or paid a one-time setup fee.
3. How to Ask for a Refund
To ask for your money back, send an email to our support team. Make sure to include:
- Your college/company name
- Your contact info
- Your payment receipt or transaction ID
- Why you want a refund

4. How Much Will You Get Back?
If we approve your refund:
The amount might be less because we'll take out:
- Charges for how much you used the service
- Fees from the payment company
- Government taxes or charges from other companies
- Money we already spent working on getting your service ready
- We'll only refund whatever's left after these deductions.
5. When You'll Get Your Refund
If your refund is approved, we'll process it within 7–10 business days. It might take a bit longer for the money to show up in your bank account, depending on your bank.
6. Canceling Your Service
You can cancel your service by emailing our support team. Once you cancel:
- You won't be able to get into the College Pro system.
- Any data you stored might be deleted permanently after some time.
- We won't refund you for services we've already provided or are currently working on.
7. Policy Updates
Webdigitronix Softlabs can change or update this Refund Policy at any time without telling you beforehand. We'll post any changes here on this page.
