College Pro ERP's websites or apps, you're agreeing to these rules. Webdigitalronix Softlabs owns and runs College Pro ERP. We can change these rules whenever we need to, without telling you first. If you don't like any part of them, you need to stop using the platform right away. If you keep using it, that means you're okay with the new rules.

These rules apply to everyone who uses College Pro ERP – that means school administrators, staff,
teachers, students, and anyone else with access, whether it's on the web or through a mobile app.
We can stop you from using the platform or any part of our services if we think it's necessary to keep
our systems, users, or business safe. We don't have to give you a heads-up if we do this.

When you put your data, content, text, documents, pictures, or logos on the platform, you're saying you
have the right to do that. You're giving Webdigitalronix permission to use that content all over the
world, without paying you, but only to provide, keep up, and make College Pro ERP better.

You'll get notifications from us about your account, updates, reminders, or service announcements.
These might come as emails, texts, or in-app messages. If you want location-based alerts, you'll need to
turn that on in your device settings.

We try our best to make sure the platform works smoothly and without issues:

* It'll always work without stopping or delays.
* Your data will always be sent without mistakes, securely, and on time.
* Our services will be free of errors, viruses, or other bad stuff.

If you find any errors or problems, please tell us at collegeproerp@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to
fix them fast. We can also change or stop any of College Pro ERP's features or services at any time, even
for maintenance or upgrades, and we won't be responsible for any issues this causes.

Here's what you can't do:

* Use the platform for anything illegal or unauthorized.
* Try to get into any system or data without permission.
* Upload any harmful software or content.
* Break any laws, regulations, or company rules.

If your content breaks these rules, we can remove it or block access to it.

If you don't follow these rules, we might immediately stop or cancel your access to the platform. We
might not let you back in unless we're sure you won't cause any more problems. Webdigitronix might
also work with the police or courts if needed, to look into or stop illegal activities.

College Pro ERP and all its services are provided as is and as available. We don't make any promises,
express or implied, about how accurate, reliable, or good it is for any particular purpose.

As much as the law allows, Webdigitronix won't be responsible for any direct, indirect, or accidental
damages if you can't use the platform, including lost data or business interruptions. Just so you know,
electronic messages aren't always completely secure and can sometimes be intercepted.

How we handle your privacy and data is explained in our Privacy Policy. We use good technical and
organizational security to keep your information safe from unauthorized access or sharing.

All the software, content, designs, logos, and trademarks related to College Pro ERP belong to
Webdigitalronix Softlabs. You're not allowed to copy, share, or change them without permission.

These rules are based on the laws of India. If there are any disagreements, they'll be handled by the
courts in India.
